Attest: <br />&tract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the Village Council <br />Village of Mounds View, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held February 8, 1965 <br />A regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Nbunds View, <br />Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, February 8, 1965, <br />at 8 :00 o'clock P.M. <br />The following members were present: LaVaque, Malvin, Blanchard, <br />and Hodges <br />and the following were absent: i uetad <br />Member LaVague introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION DATING UPON ISSUANCE OF <br />$1,860,000 IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1965 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Min- <br />nesota, as follows: <br />1. This Council has investigated the pertinent facts and does hereby <br />find, determine and declare that it is necessary to issue $1,860,000 principal <br />amount of improvement bonds in order to finance the construction of local sanitary <br />sewer, street and water improvements heretofore ordered by this Council. <br />2. The bonds herein determined to be necessary to be issued shell be <br />designated as Improvement Bonds of 1965, and shall be sold pursuant to published <br />advertisement for bids, to be published in the official newspaper and in the Com- <br />mercial West. Sealed bids for the bonds shall be opened by the Council at the <br />Village Hall on March 22, 1965, at 8:30 o'clock.P.M. <br />and the following voted against the same: AMMO <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, and was signed by <br />the Mayor, which was attested by the Village Clerk. <br />Village Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Member Blanchard and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: LaVague, Malvin, Blanchard and Hodges <br />-1- <br />Mayor <br />
