HELD ON <br />PIBRUARY 23 1965 <br />CHANGE IN: Lateral Water Luiroveaaat 1960 -1 L 1960-2 <br />Motion by: Rusted <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council <br />of Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1960 the special assessments <br />for the construction of Letimma Vat r I prove snt 1960 -1 1.19166 <br />were levied against the attached list of described properties, said <br />list made a part herein. <br />AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been <br />conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached <br />list, and said list made a part herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />of Mounds View, that the assessments for isteral eater Impremummt 1960-1 and 1960 -2 <br />against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified <br />to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the <br />amount stated on the attached list, said list made af�ppa herein. <br />006 The roaolutian dated January 95, 1965 concerning the attached lilt et propertlaw is Marshy <br />S econded by La Vague 5 Ayes rescinded. <br />I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village <br />Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting <br />of the Village Council of said Village held on 1''s►'!' 99, 1965 <br />at a oo P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office, <br />and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom <br />insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments <br />for Lateral Water Improvement 1960 -1 and 19 1 0- because of the conveyance <br />of or replatting of certain properties. <br />WITNESS my hand and seal of said Village this 2224 <br />day of ray...,nr 19 65. <br />
