f ey <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />(SEAL) <br />RESOLUTION <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW HELD ON <br />Juno 14. 1965 <br />CHANGE IN: AMU= SAT 1960 -1 and 1960 -2 <br />Motion by: Blanchard <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council <br />of Mounds View, adopted October 14. 1960 the special assessments <br />for the construction of Area Wat•r Ia 19 -1 and 1960 -2 <br />were levied against the attached list of described properties, said <br />list made a part herein. <br />AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been <br />conveyed or replanted and are described according to the attached <br />list, and said list made a part herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />of Mounds View, that the assessments for Ara Wat r i.. a 1910 -2 <br />against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified <br />to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the <br />amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein. <br />Seconded by Rusted 5 Ayes <br />I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village <br />Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting <br />of the Village Council of said Village held on Juan 14. lsss� <br />at :no P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office <br />and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom <br />insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments <br />for Ar a9a 'L.r Lo:roimmat 1960 -1 and 1910- 2because of the conveyance <br />of or rep attirg of certain properties. <br />WITNESS my hand and seal of said Village this 14,4. <br />day of Am. 19 65 <br />Village Clerk <br />Village of Mounds View <br />
