Check fallout shelter system and correct deficiencies. <br />F The public is advised to review their individual and family <br />emergency action. <br />Beadiness Condition 1 <br />This condition depicts a situation where the President of the United <br />States has advised the Governor and the public that war is imminent <br />or hostilities may have already occurred. <br />The following actions are to be taken: <br />1. The Mayor and Village Councill will convene in emergency <br />session. <br />2. Control Center to be activated for 24 -hour operation. <br />3. Full staff mobilization. <br />4. Fallout shelters activated and staffed. <br />Warning procedures via the State Air Warning System may be received <br />prior to or concurrent with the Readiness condition 1. <br />WARNING PROCEDURES: <br />Local procedures for the Warning System will operate as follows: <br />1. Warning Point is located at the Village Hall, phone number 764 -3655. <br />(During non working hours, Ramsey County Sheriff's Dispatcher, <br />Appendix 4 <br />phone number IV. 4- 3366). <br />2.
