A4 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Min- <br />nesota, was held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday <br />September 7 19 65, at 7:00 o'clock P .M., with the fol- <br />lowing members present: Mayor Hodges, Clerk Blanchard and Councilmen <br />LaVaque and Rusted <br />and the following members absent: Councilman Malvin <br />The Clerk announced that assessments for Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvements had been prepared. After consideration of <br />said assessments, Member Blanchard introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AND CALLING A HEARING THEREON. <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village <br />of Mounds View, Minnesota, as follows: <br />(1) The special assessments heretofore prepared by the <br />Clerk for Sanitary Sewer Improvements are hereby <br />given preliminary approval and ordered filed in the office of the <br />Village Clerk; and, <br />(2) This Council shall meet at the time and place speci- <br />fied in the form of notice hereinafter contained for <br />the purpose of conducting a public hearing on said assessments, and <br />the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of said <br />meeting to be mailed to the owners of the property to be assessed <br />and to cause the following notice to be published in the official <br />newspaper of the Village at least once, not later than two weeks <br />prior to said meeting, which notice shall be in substantially the <br />following form: <br />
