Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a U' U' meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was <br />held at the Village <br />,:isn UJTIo; J 210 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />in said Village on onday Sept. T3 <br />1965, at L >:CY o'clock P.M., with the following members present: <br />Hotlnes, Blanchard, lalvin, La Vague, U s'ta r <br />and the following members absent: [gone <br />*•r: <br />The Clerk announced that assessments for Street and Water <br />Impror►.ement No. 1964 -1 and Street and Water Improvement No. 1964 -2 <br />had been prepared. After consideration of said assessments, member <br />Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET AND <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1964 -1 AND STREET AND <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1964 -2 AND CALLING A HEARING <br />THEREON. <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of <br />Mounds View, Minnesota, as follows: <br />(1) The special assessments heretofore prepared by the Clerk <br />for Street and Water Improvement No. 1964-1 and Street and <br />Water Improvement No. 1964 -2 are hereby approved and ordered filed in <br />the office of the Village Clerk; and <br />(2) This Council shall meet at the time and place specified in <br />the form of notice hereinafter contained for the purpose of <br />conducting a public hearing on said assessments, and the Clerk is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be mailed to <br />the owners of the property to be assessed and to cause the following <br />notice to be published in the official newspaper of the Village at least <br />once, not later than two weeks prior to said meeting, which notice shall <br />be in substantially the following form: <br />
