(SEAL) <br />RESULU'1'!UN Lar <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by <br />resolution dated August 23, 1965 classified as non conservation land certain parcels <br />lying within the limits of the Village of M unds View, and <br />WHEREAS, a certified copy of the classification resolution together <br />with a list of the land classified has been submitted for approval of the classification <br />and sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA, Section 282.01, sub. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the classification of the land <br />described herein on said list as non- conservation land and the sale thereof be and <br />hereby is approved; <br />Village of Mounds View <br />Greenfield <br />North i of Lot 6, Block 1 <br />Subject to and with easement and except east 130 feet of Lot 13, Block 2 <br />Laport Meadows <br />Lot 1, Block 4 <br />Lot 2, Block 4 <br />Lot 7, Block 4 <br />Lot 8, Block 4 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk be and hereby is <br />authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution in the Office of the Land <br />Commissioner. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />I, Lloyd J.
