RESOLUTION e2/ <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN SNOW FENCE EASEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, a 30 foot snow fence`asement dated July 8, 1957 was <br />recorded with the Ramsey County Register of Deeds office on the 24th day of <br />December, 1957, Document #1445109 for Mounds View Township, and <br />WHEREAS, said snow fence easements are no longer required by the <br />Village of Mounds View, the successor to Mounds View Township, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that that certain 30 foot snow fence <br />easement dated July 8, 1957 and recorded with the Ramsey County Register of Deeds <br />office on the 24th day of December 1957, Document #1445109 for Mounds View <br />Township on the following described property is hereby relinquished and released: <br />1st day of July, 1965. <br />The Easterly Sixty (60) Feet of the Westerly Three hundred <br />Sixty (360) feet of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 8, <br />Township 30, Range 23, except for the South Two Hundred <br />Sixty -Four (264) feet of the North Four Hundred Ninety <br />(490) feet of the West Three Hundred Thirty (330) feet. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ss <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />This resolution was approved by the Village of Mounds View on this <br />lanchard, Village Cl rk <br />On this s day of ai74 1965, before me, a Notary Public <br />within and for said County, personally appeared L.
