RESOLUTION 214 EXTRACT OF MINUTES Or MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was held at the Edgewood School Auditorium in said Village on Tuesddy, September 28, 1965, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. with the following members present: Hodges, Elanchard, Rustad, Malvin and LaVaque and the following members absent: None. The Clerk presented affidavits of publication of the notice of hearing called to be held on special assessments proposed to be levied for special benefit derived from the construction of Sanitary Sewer Improvements. Said affidavits were examined, approved and ordered filed.
