Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village Hall <br />in said Village on the 8th day of November 7965 at 8:00 p.a. with the following members <br />present: Rustad, Malvin, LaVaque <br />and the following members absent: Blanchard an Hodges <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 223 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VTRW, MINNESOTA <br />Ms.aber Malvin introduced the following resolution and aoved <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS ON CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW. <br />WHEREAS, The village council has determined that all taxes and <br />all assesemeats levied against the following described property in the Village of <br />Mounds View should be abated: <br />Property Identification 60 0410 030 20 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that all taxes and all assessments <br />levied against the above described property be and hereby are abated. <br />The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this <br />resolution to the County Auditor for abatemeat. <br />The motiea for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />aeceaded by Meaber LaVague and upon a vote being taken the following members voted is <br />favor thereof: Rustad, LaVaque and Malvin <br />and the following members voted agaiaat the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />i <br />l iage Clerk <br />Auditors Subdivisioa Ns. 89 Subj to Flowage Rent and <br />Ex E 85 ft.
