RESOLUTION 226 <br />EXTRACT CF MINUTES CF MEETING <br />CF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL CF THE <br />VILLAGE CF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuer.'. to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the <br />Village Hall in said Village on the 14th day of February, 1966 at 8:00 <br />p.m. with the following members present: Rustad, Blanchard, Lang, <br />Malvin and Johnson <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN WATER ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTIES <br />LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE CF MOUNDS VIEW. <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that the following <br />assessment for Lateral Water Improvement 1960 -3 (MA #37) has been <br />levied against the following described property in the Village of <br />Mounds View and such assessment should be abated as follows: <br />Ex. Long Lake Road and Ex. W 2112° and Ex. N 198° of S 1620° <br />of E 220° of W 2640.55 the N 405° of S 1620° of NEL1 of Sec 6, <br />T 30, R 23. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above described <br />assessment be abated in the amount of $1,212.00. <br />The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate <br />of this resolution to the County Auditor for abatement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Lang and upon a vote being taken the following <br />members voted in favor thereof: Blanchard, Rustad, Lang, Malvin, Johnson <br />and the following members voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />Mayor <br />illae Clerk <br />
