Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Muunds View, Minnesota, was held at the Village <br />Hall in said Village on the 11th day of February, 1566 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. with <br />the following members present: Rustad, Blanchard, Johnson, Lang and Malvin <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN AREA ASSESSMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey has acquired certain properties lying <br />south of County Road H for the realignment of the Rice Creek channel, and <br />WHEREAS, area assessments in the amount of $1380.00 exist on said <br />property, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Attorney be authorized <br />to proceed to arrange for the removal of said assessments in the amount of <br />$1380.00. <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TILE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Member Rustad seconded the foregoing resolution and upon <br />a vote being taken, the following members voted in favnr thereof: Rustad, <br />Blanchard, Johnson, Lang and Malvin <br />and the following members voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />A a tj <br />Mayor <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ss. <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />I, the undersigned, the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village <br />of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully compared the <br />attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of <br />said Village held on the date therein indicated with the original of said minutes <br />
