RESOLUTION 231 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />CF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the <br />Village Hall in said Village on the .2L_ day of March 1966, <br />with the following members present: Rustad, Blanchard, Johnson, Lang <br />Malvin <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member pnatarl introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN SEWER ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTIES <br />LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW. <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the following <br />assessment for Sewer Improvement (MA 47) has been levied against the <br />following described property in the Village of Mounds View and such <br />assessment has been paid as follows: <br />Lot 6, Block 3, Twelve Oaks Date Oct. 29, 1965 Receipt 5640 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above described <br />assessment be abated in the amount of $908.12. <br />The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate <br />of this resolution to the County Auditor for abatement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Johnson and upon a vote being taken the following <br />members voted in favor thereof: 5 <br />and the following members voted against the same: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />/.t <br />age _er <br />Mayor <br />it <br />
