RESOLUTION #233 <br />EXTRACT :F MINUTES (F MEETING <br />1F THE VILLAGE COUNCIL CF THE <br />V11 LAGE f M uNDS VIEW, MINMESr1A <br />Pursuant t- due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the <br />Village Hall in said Village on the 11 day of April 1966, <br />with the following members present:Rustad, Blanchard, Malvin, Lang and <br />Johnson <br />and the following members absent: <br />Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />A RESCL ABATING CERTAIN SEWER ASSESSMENTS CN PROPERTIES <br />LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF M)UNDS VIEW. <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the following <br />assessment for Sewer Improvement (MA 47) has been levied against the <br />following described property in the Village of Mounds View and such <br />assessment has been paid as follows: November 4, 1965, Receipt 5792. <br />Subj. to Eastwood the N. 1014' of S. 708 3/4' ,f <br />E. 528' of W. 2112' of NE% of Section 6 <br />NOW, THEREFCRE, BE IT RES(LVED, that the abyve described <br />assessment be abated in the amount 51,700.26. <br />The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate <br />of this resolution to the County Auditor f r abatement. <br />The motion for the adoption cf the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Malvin and upon a vote being taken the following <br />members voted in favor thereof: Rustad, Blanchard, Malvin, Lang and Johnson <br />and the following members voted against the same: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />ViC1ekE <br />Mayor <br />
