illage Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was heldat the <br />Village Hall in said Village of the 9 day of May, 1966 with the following <br />members present: Rusted, Blanchard, Lang, Johnson <br />and the following members absent: Malvin <br />Member Blanchard introduced the following resoltuion and <br />moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION CORRECTING CERTAIN SEWER ASSESSMENTS ON <br />PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE CF MGUNDS VIEW. <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that the following <br />assessments for Sewer Improvement (MA# 47) has been credited to Code <br />`umber 59 0060 050 26 WHEREAS it should be credited to Code Number <br />i9 0060 060 26. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the above described <br />assessment be corrected. <br />The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate <br />of this resolution to the County Auditor for correction. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Lang and upon a mote being taken the <br />following members voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following members voted against the same: <br />whereupon said resolution was declated passes and adopted. <br />V 1 t l <br />RESCLUTION 236 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />CAF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />MAYOR <br />
