COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE T MOUNDS VIEW <br />:ES 2. <br />O THE VILLAGE OUNCIL OF <br />VILLAGE a M UNDS VIEW HELD ON <br />Dina 20. 1966 <br />CHANGE IN: MA 47 <br />Motion by: anchard <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resc'1,.tion of the Village Council <br />of Mounds View, adopted Mr+ 4, 196r1 the special assessments <br />for the construction of Sanitarv'Sew9r M.A. 47 <br />were levied against the attached list of described properties, said <br />list made a part herein. <br />AND WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been <br />conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached <br />list, and said list made a part herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />of Mounds View, that the assessments for Sanitakv Sewer MA 47 <br />against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified <br />to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the <br />amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein. <br />Seconded by 'ustad 4 Ayes <br />I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village <br />Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting <br />of the Village Council of said Village held on .Irma 20 1966 <br />t 7:00 .._p.m. with the original thereof on file in my office, <br />insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments <br />for Sanitary Sewer MA 47 because of the conveyance of or <br />replatting of certain properties. <br />WITNESS my hand and seal of said Village this 20 <br />day of June 19 66 <br />Vill rk <br />Village of Mounds View <br />
