E S O G'U T <br />WHEREAS, Tâ–ºUE Village of. Mounds View has obtained the Commissioner's Approval <br />of the plans for the following Municipal State-Aid Street Projects: <br />M.S.A.P. 46- 228 -03 <br />Location: Red Oak Drive from T.H. 10 to Hillview Road plus <br />Ilillview Road from Red Oak Drive to T.H. 8 <br />Consisting of Bituminous stabilized base, bituminous wearing surface, <br />'roadside development and drainage. <br />M.S.A.P. 46- 229 -02 <br />Location: Quincy Street from County Road H-2 to Nillview Road <br />Consisting of Same <br />M.3.A.P.`46- 230 -02 <br />Location: Knollwood Drive from County Road .11 to Woodale Drive plus <br />Groveland Road from T.H. 10 to Arden Avenue' <br />Consisting of Same <br />M.S.A.P. 46- 231 -01 <br />Location: Edgewood Drive from County Road H to County Road H -2. <br />Consisting of Same <br />AND, WHEREAS, said Village is prepared to proceed with the construction of <br />said projects by providing local funds to supplement the available funds in <br />its Municipal State -Aid Street Account. <br />WHEREAS, repayment of the funds so advanced by the municipality is desired <br />in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 309, Laws of 1963. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of Highways be and is <br />hereby requested to approve this basis for financing said construction projects <br />and to authorize, repayments from the subsequent accruals to the Construction <br />Account of Municipal State -Aid Street Fund for said Village, within the <br />limitations provided by law and at the times and in the amounts as herein <br />indicated. <br />On or after Feb. 1, 1967 $27,291.00 from 1967 Allotment <br />On or after Feb. 1, 1968 $27,291.00 from 1968 Allotment <br />On or after Feb. 1, 1969 Balance from 1969 Allotment <br />
