EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />itt,S <br />2 <br />Pursuant to due call ant. notice thereof, a special meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 18th day of July, <br />1966 at 6:30 o'clock P.M. with the following members present: Ingram <br />Rustad, Lloyd J. Blanchard, Perry L. Malvin, Gary Lange,and the <br />following members absent: Richard Johnson. <br />Member Rustad introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO <br />PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS. <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public <br />interest that the Village of Mounds View construct a highway, sanitary <br />sewer, storm sewer, and surface water drainage system throughout <br />the Village, and <br />WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is <br />necessary to acquire the fee simple absolute, a perpetual easement, <br />0 or a temporary construction easement as set out in Exhibit 1 attached <br />hereto, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the <br />most feasible location for such highway, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, <br />or surface water drainage system is on the lands set out in said <br />Exhibit 1, and <br />WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure the fee <br />simple absolute, or a perpetual easement, or a temporary construction <br />easement by right of eminent domain; <br />
