RESOLUTION #259 <br />EXTRACT 1F MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />mugs OF MOMS VIEW HELD ON <br />September 26, 1966 <br />CHANGE IN: Sanitary Sewer MA #47 <br />Motion by: Blanchard <br />WHEREAS, pursma €t to Efipplution of the Village Council <br />of Mounds View, adopted the special assessments <br />for the construction of °an --yarr ewer MR ff47 <br />were levied against the° tac,e list of'descr be properties, said <br />list made a part herein, <br />AND WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been <br />conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached <br />list, and said list made a part herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEQ BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />of Mounds View, that the assessments for apt ew MA 47 <br />against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified <br />to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the <br />amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein. <br />Seconded by Johnson 4 Ayes <br />COUNTY F RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE 'E MUDS VIEW <br />I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village <br />Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeti:, <br />of the Village Council of said Village held on September 26 <br />at 8:00 p,m. with the original thereof on file my office, <br />insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments <br />for M A 47 because of the conveyance of or <br />replatting of certain properties <br />WITNESS my hand and seal of said Village this 2 <br />day of Se tember 9 66. <br />V'i'llage Clerk <br />Village of Mounds View <br />
