RESOLUTION NO.24 L' <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a regular meeting of the Village of Mounds View, held on the 12th <br />day of December 1966, at 8 :00 o'clock P.M., in the Village Hall, located at <br />2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, at which the following council <br />members were present: <br />and the following council members were absent: <br />Member moved for the adoption of the following <br />resolution: <br />A RESOLUTION CANCELLING AN ASSESSMENT ON PUBLIC PROPERTY. <br />WHEREAS, the following described property has been acquired by the <br />Village of Mounds View for public street purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, there exists on said property assessments for public <br />improvements, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the assessments on the road <br />easement over the North 1/2 of Lot 64, except the East 379.1 feet thereof, <br />of Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, be hereby cancelled. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution shall be <br />forwarded to the Ramsey County Auditor, and that the said Ramsey County Auditor <br />is hereby authorized to enter the said cancellation on the county records under <br />code number 59 -0410- 999 -64. <br />Member seconded the resolution. <br />Those members voting in favor: <br />those members voting against: <br />whereupon the Mayor declared that the resolution was duly passed and <br />adopted this day of 1966. <br />Village cltt4 <br />Mayor <br />
