es <br />RESOLUTIO'J NO. 275 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND APPOINTING A DEPRESRNTATIVE FOR THE 3CATD OF <br />TRUSTEES OF THE NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 1907 <br />MOUNDS VIEW <br />PERRY MALVIN <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGEMTVOF MOUNDS VIEW <br />SECTION 1: That pursuant to Laws of Minnesota 1961, Extra Session, Chapter 90, <br />Sec. 5, Subdivision 2, the Council of the Village/OW of <br />makes the following selection and appointment, to -wit: That <br />is hereby appointed from among the members of the Council of <br />the Village tier of MOUNDS VIEW as a member of the Board of Trustees of the <br />North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District to serve on said Board of Trustees of the <br />North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District during the year 1967 and until his successor <br />is appointed and qualified. That before comran;ing said service on said Board of <br />Trustees, the said appointee shall qualify fo' said i.ervice as required by law. <br />ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS '23 day of JANUARY 19 7_ <br />R.
