A RESOLUTION DELETING SEGMENT 230 FROM M.S.A. ROAD <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds <br />View held on the 13 day of FEBRUARY 1967 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the <br />Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, the following <br />resolution was moved by Member Rustad <br />WHEREAS, the following described segment of Knollwood Drive and <br />Groveland Road in the Village of Mounds View, were previously designated as <br />M.S.A. streets, and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined to be in the best interest of the <br />Village of Mounds View that that designation be revoked, and that the Minnesota <br />Department of Highways be so ordered, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that M.S.A. street, segment 230 on <br />Knollwood Drive from County Road H2 to Bronson Drive, on Bronson Drive from <br />Knollwood Drive to Groveland Road, and Groveland Road from Bronson Drive to <br />T.H. 10 be hereby deleted, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Minnesota Department of Highways be <br />so notified of this action. <br />Member Lang seconded the resolution, and those voting <br />in favor: <br />those voting against: <br />whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution to be adopted this 13 day of <br />FEBRUARY <br />k.• <br />a dL 1 <br />Vill a Clerk <br />1967. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2o2 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF �RRA� <br />STATE Cr MINNESOTA <br />Mayor <br />277/ <br />
