and the following members absent: Malvin <br />moved its adoption: <br />Vi Clerk <br />Member Lang <br />and the following members voted against the same: <br />/e/62 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MBSTING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village <br />Hall in said Village on the 27th day of February 19 87 at g <br />with the following members present: Rusted, Walser, Johnson and Lang <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING HIGHWAY EASEMENT TO THE COUNTY OF <br />RAMSEY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SILVER LANE ROAD. <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View has deemed it in the public <br />interest to dedicate to the County of Ramsey the following described right of way <br />for the extension of Silver Lake Road: <br />The West 32 feet of Lot 5, Block 9, of the recorded plat <br />of Twelve Oaks 2nd Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the Clerk be <br />authorized to execute a highway easement to the County of Ramsey, a copy of which <br />is attached hereto. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Johnson and upon a vote being taken the following <br />members voted in favor thereof: Rustad, Walser, Johnson and Lang <br />None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />Mayor <br />,1 <br />/41 <br />n.M. <br />
