<br />ADOPTING SUPPLEMENTARY ASSESSMENTS ON D.P. A47 ,51,52,53,54,55,56,57,58,59,60 c. 61.
<br />At a Special Meeting of the Council of Mounds View held at the Village Hall,
<br />2401 Highway #l0, St. caul, Minnesota 55112, on the 6 day of March, 1967 member
<br />Lang moved:
<br />WHEREAS, the supplementary assessments described as D.Y. A47,51,52,53,54,55,56,57,
<br />58,59,60 61 were considered at a hearing held on March 1, 1967 and thereb.eing certain
<br />objections thereto, the council closed the hearing and reconsidered the proposed assess-
<br />ments objected to on the 6 day of March, 1967.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the above assessments, more fully set
<br />out on the accompanying assessment roll as amended, are hereby adopted and the Village
<br />Clerk is instructed to certify said assessment roll to the Ramsey County Auditor, And,
<br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor is instructed to enter the
<br />supplements to D.Y. A 47,54, 55, 57, 59 over a 30 year period at 67 interest and to
<br />enter supplements to D.Y. 51, 52, 53, 58, 60 61 over a 15 year period at 67
<br />interest commencing the 6 day of April, 1967.
<br />Member Malvin seconded the motion and there voting in favor thereof:
<br />WHEREUPON, the motion was declared adopted this 6 day of March, 1967.
