2. He shall establish and be responsible for the office procedures <br />necessary to carry out the orderly process of Village government. <br />3. He shall make recommendations to the Village Council as to what <br />equipment and supplies he feels are necessary to properly maintain the Village <br />office. <br />4. He shall assist the Village Clerk in performing those dut'�s imposed <br />upon said Clerk by statute. It is understood that those statutory responsibilities <br />imposed upon the Clerk are in no way modified or abrogated by this resolution. <br />5. He shall assist the Village Council and shall be responsible for the <br />daily administration of Village business, and he shall perform such other <br />appropriate duties as may be imposed upon him by the Council. <br />6. The Supervisor of Office Operations must be bondable, and must furnish <br />a bond conditioned for the faithful exercise of his duties and the proper <br />application of, and payment upon demand of, all monies by him officially received. <br />The amount of said bond shall be 2,000 and shall be a corporate surety <br />bo..d.
