and the following members absent: <br />RESOLUTION 296 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the <br />Village Hall in said Village on the 10th day of April, 1967 at 8:00 o'clock <br />P. M. with the following members present: <br />Member WA1srr introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION CORRECTING ASSESSMENT FOR M.A. 47 <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that certain assessments <br />are to be corrected: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following list of corrections <br />is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the <br />lands named therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby <br />found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the <br />assessment levied against it. <br />1.
