Dropps, <br />1850 Woodale Drive, who;e necessarylegal description is the West 80 ft. of <br />the East 250 ft. of Lots 89 90, Knollwood Park. <br />Mr. Dropps was incorrectly assessed an area charge for the full area of his <br />lot, 80 ft. x 233 ft; however, the East 30 ft. had already been assessed <br />under D.P. 47, while under other ownership. Ir. Dropps was assessed $279.60 <br />for an area charge on D.P. 56 and this should now be abated to $174.75, <br />which covers the West 50 ft. <br />Please prepare this abatement at your earliest convenience, as T.Y.
