EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on the 24th day of April, 1967 at 8 :00 o'clock p.m. with the following <br />members present: <br />and the following members absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION CORRECING M.A. 55 <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that certain assessments are to <br />be corrected: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following list of corrections is <br />hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named <br />therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by <br />the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br />1. Edwin A.
