COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />day of July <br />(SEAL) <br />Resolution 315 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW HELD ON <br />July 24. 1567 <br />CHANGE IN 34 <br />Motion by: w:.isPr <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council <br />of Mounds View, adopted 10 -60 the special assessments <br />for the construction of r. q/ <br />were levied against the attached list of described properties, said <br />list made a part herein. <br />AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been <br />conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached <br />list, and said list made a part herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />of Mounds View, that the assessments for D. t. 34 <br />against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified <br />to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the <br />amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein. <br />Seconded by mAivin Ayes 5 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIE!! <br />1, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village <br />Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting <br />of the Village Council of said Village held on July 24, 1967 <br />at a•nn P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office, <br />and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom <br />insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments <br />for D. 1'. 34 because of the conveyance <br />of or replatting of certain properties. <br />WITNESS my hand and seal of said age this 24 <br />19 <br />Village Clerk <br />Village of Mounds View <br />
