F. 47 <br />be correctly certified to the Auditor of <br />amount stated on the attached list, said <br />Seconded by Walser <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />19 67 <br />(SEAL) <br />:Z.SOLUT1ON 331 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW HELD ON <br />October 16, 1967 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of Mounds View, ad- <br />opted November 1965 the Special Assessments for the construction of D. P. <br />4 7 were levied against the attached list of described prop- <br />erties, said list made a part herein: <br />And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replatted <br />and are described according to the attached list, and said list made a part herein: <br />WITNESS my hand and seal of said Village thi <br />BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds View, that <br />against the heretofore mentioned properties <br />Ramsey County for further collection in the <br />list made a part herein. <br />I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village Clerk of said Village <br />DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract <br />of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on, October <br />16, 19 67 at <br />8:00 Y. M. with the original thoreof on file in my office, <br />and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same <br />relates to the changing of the assessments for D.
