EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the <br />Village Hall in said Village on the 16th day of October, 1967 at 8 :00 o'clock <br />P.M. with the following members present: Rustad, Malvin, Walser, Lang and <br />Johnson <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Rustad introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENT FOR D.P. 5S <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the following assessments <br />should be abated; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following assessment be abated: <br />Property Identification 59 0060 130 43 <br />Name of Owner Dropps and Goodroad <br />Property Description The South 97.5 feet lying East of the West 325 feet <br />of that part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 6, <br />Township 30 North, Range 23 'test of the Fourth <br />Principal Meridan described as follows: Beginning <br />at a point 2112 feet East of the West line and 1042.5 <br />feet North of the South line of said Northeast 1/4, <br />thence North parallel with the West line of said <br />Northeast 1/4 a distance of 172.5 feet, thence East <br />parallel with the South line of said Northeast 1/4 <br />(to the East line of said Northeast 1/4) a distance <br />of 528.58 feet more or less, thence South along the <br />East line of said Northeast 1/4 a distance of 172.5 <br />feet, thence West parallel with the South line of <br />said Northeast 1/4 to the point of beginning a <br />distance of 528.60 feet, more or less. Subject to <br />road over the East 33 feet thereof. <br />Type of Assessment Water and'Street Assessment <br />Amount to be Abated $660.00 the entire D.P. 53 assessment <br />The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this <br />resolution to the County Auditor for abatement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member Walser and upon a vote being taken the following members voted in favor <br />thereof: Rustad, Malvin, Walser, Lang and Johnson <br />
