'Iday of <br />By <br />G LILA) P.' 196 by and <br />between the Village of Mounds View, a municipal corporation, in the County of Ramsey <br />and State of Minnesota, hereinafter called the Village, and Russell Gustafson and <br />Rmmn ,r_ huata4an71 the fee owner and /or contract purchaser who owns <br />the following described property: Lots 1, 2 and 3, Gustafson's Third Addition, <br />Village of Mounds View, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as <br />the Owner. <br />W1R REAS, the Owner has replatted the above described property, which <br />previously constituted one lot described as Lot 20, Block 1, Greenfield Addition, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the said property is now divided into three separate lots, and <br />it is necessary that special assessments be apportioned against each lot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Owner hereby agrees to a reapportionment of said property, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED that this document shall be considered <br />a petition as provided for in Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.031 Subdivision 3, which <br />the owner understands allows the Village to specially assess his property without <br />public hearings and the owner hereby waives all of the statutory requirements to enable <br />the Village to certify an assessment to the Ramsey County Auditor's office; and the <br />owner hereby agrees to allow the Village, by its own action to assess the above described <br />property in the amounts set out in the Exhibit 1 hereto attached, for a thirty year <br />period at 6% interest, commencing the first day of January following the date of this <br />Agreement, and owner further agrees that all assessments and interest thereon shall <br />be collected in the same manner as other municipal taxes.
