and the following members absent: adoption: Member Rusted EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW RAMSEY COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA None A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS. RESOLUTION,g Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, at a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, which was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 23rd day of October, 1967, at R :OO o'clock P.M., with the following members present: Rustad, Lang, Malvin, Walser and Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest that the Village of Mounds View construct sanitary sewers, storm sewers, surface water drainage,ninicipal water and slopes, and WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary to acquire the fee simple absolute, a perpetual easement or a temporary construction easement over and across the properties as set out in Exhibit 1 attached hereto, and WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most feasible location for such sanitary sewers, storm sewers, surface water drainage, municipal water and slopes is on the land described in the said Exhibit 1, and 41 WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure the fee simple absolute, a perpetual easement or a temporary construction easement, by right of eminent domain; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Mounds View proceed to procure the fee simple absolute, perpetual easement or temporary construction easement over said properties under its right of eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed to file the necessary petition therefor and to prosecute such action to a successful conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed, or terminated by the Village or by the Court; that the Village Attorney, the Mayor and the Clerk do all things necessary to be done in the commencement, prosecution and successful termination of such action.
