VILLAGE OF MOUNDS V IEW COUNTY OF'RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT WHEREAS' Pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law' t he Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessments 1n�� q for water improvement project 196J, sewer and water improvement project 1967 -1, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Mounds View, Minnesota: 1. hereof, are hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessments against the land named therein, and each tract of land 'r therein included is hereby found be benefitted by the proposed improvement in the amount of the aszessment levied Such assessments, copies of which are attached hereto and made a part against it. 2. The assessment for water improvement project 1965 -9 shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of fifteen (15) years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1968 and shall bear interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be aclded interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1968. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments. 3.
