moved its adoption: <br />Member Rustad then introduced the following resolution and <br />1969 through 1974 <br />1975 through 1977 <br />1978 through 1981 <br />1982 through 1989 <br />RESOLUTION #351 <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF $250,000 <br />1KHROVNIDIT BONDS OP 1968 AND $140,000 <br />MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET BONDS OF 1968 <br />BE IT FOICOLVED by the Council of the Village of Hounds View, Minnesota, <br />that the bid of Allison Williams Company <br />of Minneapolis Minnesota and associates named therein, to pur- <br />chase $250,000 Improvement Bonds of 1968 and $140,000 Municipal State Aid Street <br />Bonds of 1968 of the Village of Mounds View to be dated January 1, 1968, in ac <br />cordance with the notice of sale heretofore duly issued by the Village, is hereby <br />found and declared to be the highest and best bid received for the purchase of <br />said bonds, and should be and is hereby-accepted, said bid being to purchase said <br />bonds at a price of par and accrued interest plus a premium of <br />the bonds maturing in the years shown below to bear interest at the respective <br />rates per annum shown opposite the years of maturity, as follows: <br />Maturity Years Interest Rate <br />and all bonds also to bear additional interest <br />from February 7 1968, to July 1 <br />Treasurer is directed to retain the good faith <br />pending completion of the sale and delivery of <br />successful bidders shall be forthwith returned <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Walser and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereon: Rustad, Malvin, Walser, Johnson and Lang <br />and the following voted against the same: none <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />The Clerk presented a proposed form of bond and coupon for the print- <br />ing of $250,000 Improvement Bonds of 1968, which was examined by all members <br />present, approved and ordered placed on file in the office of the Clerk. <br />Member Rustad <br />its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br />-2- <br />4.70% <br />4.80% <br />4.909 <br />5.00% <br />at the rate of 1.00 per annum <br />1969, only. The Village <br />check of said successful bidder <br />said bonds, and the checks of un- <br />to them. <br />
