P. #34 <br />Motion by: Walser <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of !founds Visv, ad- <br />opted October, 1960 the Special Assessments for the construction of D. P. <br />34 were levied against the attached list of described prop- <br />erties, said list rade a part herein: <br />And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replatted <br />and are described according to the attached list, and said list made a part herein: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REE.OLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds View, that <br />the assessments for D. P. 34 against the heretofore mentioned properties <br />be correctly certified to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the <br />amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein. <br />Seconded by Lang <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village Clerk of said Village <br />DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract <br />of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on December <br />11. 19 67 at 8:00 P.
