Whereupon, Member <br />Member <br />those voting against: Wpy) <br />a day of <br />Village Clerk <br />RESOLUTION NO. t/6 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE <br />LAND ACQUISITION POLICY STATEMENT. <br />At a regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Mounds View held <br />on the otA, day of u.q r y 196 at <br />0 <br />o'clock P.M., at the <br />Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, New Brighton, Minnesota 55112, with the <br />following members present: A �l <br />and the following members absent: Norm <br />Jahn sor) <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View has applied to the Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development for a water facility grant, and <br />WHEREAS, said department requires that the Village adopt a land acquisition <br />policy, to be executed by the Mayor, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor of the Village of Mounds View, <br />Ingram C.
