those voting against: Xione. <br />RESOLUTION NO..114 '4 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Mounds View held on <br />the 22nd day of January 196b, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the Village Hall located at <br />2401 Highway 10, New Brighton, Minnesota 55112, with the following members present: <br />and the following members absent:N.1AL, <br />Member LS4.&14 moved the following resolution: <br />REQUESTING THE COMMISSIONER OF HIGHWAYS TO ANNUALLY <br />CERTIFY TO THE STATE AUDITOR THZ SUM OF MONEY REQUIRED <br />FOR PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON MUNICIPAL STATE AID BONDS. <br />Whereas, the Village of Mounds View has issued and sold bonds, dated the <br />1/ day ef'Dtliehr 196. in the amount of NW. 400 exclusively for <br />the purpose of establishing, locating, re-locating, constructing, re-constructing or <br />improving its state aid highways in accordance with law. <br />Whereas, said Village has irrevocably pledged to the sinking fund from which <br />said obligations are payable, that amount of their future state aid allotments as <br />is permissible by law and needed to pay the principal and interest thereon: which <br />principal payments shall be made from the regular construction account of such <br />state aid fund and the interest payments made from the regular state aid maintenance <br />account, all as detailed herein; See Attached Schedule <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Highways be and <br />is hereby requested to keep a bond record in his office for the Village of Mounds <br />View. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Highways be and is hereby <br />requested upon receipt of this resolution to annually certify to the State Auditor <br />the sum of money required for the principal land interest on said bonds, as evidenced <br />by the detailed reports of the annual expenditures. <br />Member JO 11 0 wl seconded the resolution.
