RESOLUTION NO. 366 <br />Village of Mounds View <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br />A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE METER DEPOSITS FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />At a Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council, held on the <br />26th day of February, 1968, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the Village Hall located <br />at 2401 Highway 410, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, with the following members <br />present: Rustad, Walser, Johnson, Malvin, Lang <br />WHEREUPON, Member Walser moved as follows: <br />THAT the meter deposits on 1" meters be increased to $90.00 and that the <br />meter deposit on 5/8" meters be increased to $40.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Village of Mounds View <br />be authorized to charge $90.00 for 1" meters, and $40.00 for 5/8" meters. <br />Member Lang seconded the Resolution. Those voting in favor: Rustad, Walser, <br />Johnson, Malvin, Lang. <br />Those voting against: None. <br />WHEREUPON the Mayor declared the Resolution passed and adopted this 26th day <br />of February, 1968. <br />7S7 R.
