At its regular meeting held en the 25th day of March 1968 at the Village <br />Hall located at 2401 Highway 10 with the following members present: <br />and the following members absent: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 369 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View adopted the following resolution: <br />1 age Clerk <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND RIDER TO BOARD OF <br />WATER COMMISSIONERS AND VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />AGREEMENT. <br />Member Rustad moved the following: <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View having entered into an agreement <br />with the Board of Water Commissioners dated 27 October 1965, for the purpose of <br />locating certain public works within lands in Sections 6 and 7, Township 30, Range <br />23, in Ramsey County; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Village has requested that said agreement with the Board be <br />amended to add installation of a power pole for a street light on the Board's <br />easement; and, <br />WHEREAS, the General Manager recommends that such installation be approved. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Mounds View hereby <br />approves said second rider to the agreement and hereby authorizes and directs <br />the Mayor and Clerk to execute said rider on behalf of the Village. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly secondea <br />by Member Lang and upon a vote being taken the following members voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following members voted against the same: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
