SECOND R IDER TO A G&t EEWEN f THIS AGREEMENT rlade this 25th day of January 1968, by and between the'BCARD OF HATER COMMISICNER of the City of Saint Faul, hereinafter called the B:.;;rd, and the VILLAGE OF WOUNDS VIEW, COUNTY OF RAILSEY, MIIIIESCTA, hereinafter called the Village, being a Second Rider to that certain Agreement made by end between said Board and said Village the 27th day of October, 1965, and by this reference incorporated herein and made part and parcel hereof with the swine intent, purpose and effect as if said Agreement were set forth herein, verbatim. WITNESSEIN: WHEREAS, The Board now possesses title to an easement in certain real estate lying generally north of and adjacent to County Road I, in Section 6, Township 30, Range 23, in Ramsey County, said real estate being hereinafter called Prs and WHEREAS, The Village desires permission to enter upon certain portions of said Premises and to thereon install, maintain and erect a street light; and WHEREAS, The Board is willing to grant said permission to the Village consistent with the requirement and safety of the works of the Board, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AGREED, In consideration of the mutual promises and agreements of the parties hereto: That subject to all the terms and conditions contained in said Agreement between the parties .hereto made and entered into the 27th day of October 1965, the bard hereby grants to the Vil1o,1e the right to use and maintain a street light and to install a power pole in the Board's easement to be located at the northwest corner of Greenwood Drive and County Road "I said location to be approved by the Board's engineer.
