Luth. Church <br />Enclosed for approval of the Village Council is a D.P. No. 56 Assessment <br />for Lot 75, Spring Lake Park Knolls. <br />Mr. Drung sold the N j50' of his lot to the Messiah Evangelical <br />Luthern Church and paid $1,412.79 to the Village for sewer and water <br />which was deposited to the general sewer fund, I believe. Mr. Drung <br />has at this time a check for $415.25 in the office of the Village Clerk <br />to pay up the monies due on parcel 59 -7090- 752 -00 as stated in the <br />D.P. 56 Lot Division attached hereto. <br />The County Auditors office has assigned a rush priority to the Division. <br />COMSTOCK DAVIS, INC. <br />
