This Lot <br />Division will necessitate a Resolution of the Council. <br />Please note that an abatement will also be required on D.P. 47 (from <br />59- 4200 111 -00) which will require a separate resolution. The entire <br />East 400' of the 400' x 108.16' Lot was assessed along Silver Lake <br />Road; the reasoning being that the obvious frontage was along Silver <br />Lake Road.
