A47 <br />Motion by: Malvin <br />:;%SOLUTION 387 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW HELD ON <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of Mounds Viev, ad- <br />opted 10/10/66 the Special Assessments for the construction of D. P. <br />A47 were levied against the attached list of described prop- <br />erties, said list made a part herein: <br />And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replatted <br />and are described according to the attached list, and said list made a part herein: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED <br />the assessments for D. P. A47 <br />be correctly certified to the auditor of <br />amount stated on the attached list, said <br />Seconded by Johnson <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />19 68 <br />(SEAL) <br />BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds View, that <br />against the heretofore mentioned properties <br />Ramsey County for further collection in the <br />list made a part herein. <br />3 Ayes <br />1, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village Clerk of said Village <br />DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract <br />of minutes of a muting of the Village Council of said Village held on July <br />8th 19 66 at 8:00 P. M. with the original thereof on file in my office, <br />and the same is a. full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same <br />relates to the changing of the assessments for D. P.
