was duly seconded by Member Johnson <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Village Clerk be and <br />hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution <br />with the Office of the Land Commissioner. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />and upon a vote <br />being taken the following members voted in favor thereof: Malvin, Lang <br />and Johnson <br />and the following members voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
