�l1 U{4 S, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 392 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />At its regular meeting held on the 12th day of August, <br />located at 2401 Highway 1968, at the Viiiaye Hall g y 10 with the <br />following members present: Malvin, Lang, Johnson, and Rustad, <br />and the following members absent: None, the Village Council <br />of the Village of Mounds View adopted the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 392 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A THIRD RIDER <br />TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ST. PAUL <br />BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS AND THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW. <br />Member Malvin moved the following: <br />BE IT RESOLVED that a third rider to the agreement between <br />the St. Paul Board of Water Commissioners and the Village of Mounds <br />View be, and the same hereby is, authorized. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Johnson and upon a vote being taken the <br />following members voted in favor thereof: Malvin, Lang, Johnson, <br />and Rustad, and the following members voted against the same: None, <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />Deputy Village ,C }irk <br />jee ezat:zi <br />Mayor <br />
