GATEWAY TO THE NORTH <br />Twin City Federal Savings Loan Association <br />Anoka, Minnesota 55303 <br />Gentlemen: Re: Loan #310 -00484 <br />This is to state that at the last meeting of the Mounds View Council, <br />they approved the splitting of the lot (The North 130 feet of Lot /Ai, <br />A/S #89, Ramsey County), so that the east 130 feet could be severed <br />and sold (100 feet for the building site and 30 feet for 1/2 the <br />proposed street), with the buyer assuming the assessments pertaining <br />to it (present, $385.00) and future. <br />They also agreed to abate the water assessment on the county road "J" <br />side of the lot left after this split and sale, amounting to $730.00 <br />(figured at $3.65 per lineal foot). <br />At the next meeting a copy of this resolution will be available and <br />we can send you a photostatic copy confirming same. <br />This letter at this time, is to expedite matters for the Realtor, Mr. <br />George 0. Gustafson, of F. N.
