members present: <br />and the following members absent: <br />Member <br />August 1968. <br />Johnson <br />fh7 <br />1 ALYL o <br />Deputy Village Clerk <br />(1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 394 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS v rRW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENTS <br />At a Regular meeting of the Village Council held on the 12th day of <br />August 1968, at 8 :00 o'clock P.M. in the Village Hall with the following <br />Member Rustad moved the following resolution: <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the following assessments and <br />after deliberation has determined that said assessments should be abated <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE': that the following assessments be abated <br />and that the County Auditor is instructed to delete said assessments from the tax <br />rolls of the affected properties: <br />1. The North one -half of Lot 40, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, (Parcel <br />59- 0410 020 -40) in the name of Jack Krugen 8480 Groveland Road, Minneapolis, <br />Minnesota 55421. <br />Delete DP 61 entirely (Original assessment $1095.73) <br />seconded the resolution. <br />Those voting in favor: Rustad, Johnson, Malvin, Lang. <br />those voting against: None <br />whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted this 12th day of <br />1 <br />Mayor <br />
