RESOLUTION NO. 395 V !L AOE OF MOtrNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA At a special meeting of the Mounds View Village Council held on the 19th day of August 1968, at 6:30 o'clock P.M., at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, Minnesota, 55112, with the following members present: Rustad, Malvin, Johnson, Lang and the following members absent: None Member Rustad moved the following resolution: A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE TEST WELL CONTRACT WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1968 -3. WHEREAS, the Village Council authorized the advertising for bids for the test well contract for Water Improvement Project 1968 -3, said bids to be opened on the 12th day of August 1968, and WHEREAS, bids were received by the Village Council and were referred to the Village Engineer for tabulation and a report, and WHEREAS, the Village Engineer tabulated and reported that the low responsible bidder for the test well portion of Water Improvement Project 1968 -3 was the Aamot Well Company 8528 Pillsbury Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55420 in the amount of $22,620.00, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View that the contract for the test well portion of Water Improvement Project 1968 -3, Schedule A, Village of Mounds View, Hud Project WS -4 -24 -0045 in the amount of $22,620.00 be awarded to the Aamot Well Company, 8528 Pillsbury Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55420, and that the Mayor and the Deputy Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary documents relating to such contract award.
