No. 47, A47, <br />56 Assessment for the following described property: <br />Spring Lake Park Knolls Add. Ex S 275 ft; Lots 118 <br />119. Also, ex E 165 ft; the N 125 ft of S 275 ft of fol <br />tract: Lots 118 119 <br />Please note that an abatement will also be required on DP 56 (Parcel <br />59- 7090 194 -01) which will require a separate resolution. The old <br />Parcel (192 -01) was assessed along Silver Lake Rd. for 102.30 feet, <br />which is fair. It was also assessed again for sewer, etc, under <br />DP 56 along Bronson for 120.00 feet which is 30 feet more than the <br />new lot (194 -01). New Parcel No. 193-01 retains the 102.30 feet, <br />which is equitable, however New Parcel 194 -01 is stuck with 120.00 <br />feet of assessment with only 90.00 feet of frontage.
